A Bit About Emily

From a young age, writer Emily Rowland began chasing fairies in the evening light while dodging dragons in the shadows. She eventually discovered the fairies were lightening bugs and the shadows were trees, but the magic was still present in her imagination. Her forest adventures inspired her to find a quiet place in the woods near a pond to write. And she wrote and wrote and wrote and never stopped.

Years later, she published her first collection of short stories titled Magic Among Us on Smashwords.com. A fantasy writer at heart, she knew there was something deeper underneath the magic and the fairy dust. It seemed Emily had a dark talent for writing horror. She began developing very disturbing tales, each with a glimpse of sparkling flecks raining over them.

Emily has experienced many unique situations that her fingers itch to write, including her adventures in alpaca sitting and the horrors of mannequin modeling.

Emily earned her B.F.A. in Creative Writing for Entertainment from Full Sail University. While in school, she earned two Course Director Awards for her achievements in Crafting Story Worlds and Creating Magic. Now armed with many skillful weapons in her arsenal of knowledge, she is ready to unleash her writing upon the world.  

While very closed-lipped about details, Emily is secretly working on a new fantasy novel titled Destiny Forest; The Wolf Awakens. It is a magical book about werewolves who live in an undisclosed location somewhere deep in the woods of Pennsylvania.
